Coltin’s Last Sermon in the ICC

Why Can’t You Find The Sermon?

I received this email (pictured below) on Christmas Eve threatening legal action if I do not remove this sermon because it “belongs” to the ICC. Per their request, I was able to remove myself from all FB groups associated with the ICC. Please pray for all of us.

Jpeg File:

As I reflect on recent events, God put John 12:42-50 on my heart:

“Yet at the same time many even among the leaders believed in him. But because of the Pharisees they would not openly acknowledge their faith for fear they would be put out of the synagogue; 43 for they loved human praise more than praise from God.

44 Then Jesus cried out, “Whoever believes in me does not believe in me only, but in the one who sent me. 45 The one who looks at me is seeing the one who sent me. 46 I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness.

47 “If anyone hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge that person. For I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world. 48 There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; the very words I have spoken will condemn them at the last day. 49 For I did not speak on my own, but the Father who sent me commanded me to say all that I have spoken.50 I know that his command leads to eternal life. So whatever I say is just what the Father has told me to say.”

ICC lawyer/evangelist, Aaron Viscichini, who penned the cease and desist letter against the Rohns is asking for “donations” on his Facebook page to re-enroll his son in Taekwando classes. Does he nor his wife, Sharmayne, not realize how cringe worthy this request is in light of the lawsuit and the countless claims of financial impropriety against the ICC? This goes to show how paid ICC leaders, like the Viscichinis, are so far removed from reality and operate in a bubble. Staff leaders are always begging for money in one way or the other. Here’s a couple ideas for you Aaron: 1. If you can’t afford extra curricular activities for your kids (which I highly doubt is the case) then you and Sharmayne should get real jobs instead of living off the backs of disciples. 2. Perhaps your child can skip these activities (you know “sacrifice” like you’re always telling others to do when it comes to supporting the church) so the additional funds can go toward the upcoming Spring Missions Contribution. 3. Downsize to a less expensive place in a not so bougie part of New York. Oh wait the congregation “pays” for your rent.

Y’all have no shame. Utterly D.I.S.G.U.S.T.I.N.G.

In 2003 a letter (written by a member) calling out Kip and his leaders on their notorious abusive practices sparked the demise of the ICOC. Twenty years later a different type of letter (this time written by Kip and his new cronies) marks a member for voicing his concern about similar abusive practices sparks the collapse of the ICC. Watching the irony unfold this way is simply divine.

Kip has very bad luck with letters (LOL!!!).

Don’t know what algorithm brought me to this page; but, I will be praying for you and your family, Coltin. That sermon took courage. I hope you take heart in Matthew 5:11-12. You are not alone.

Protect this video! Disciples have the right to see it and come to their own conclusions. It should even be transcribed in the future!

Coltin could and I believe should share his belief again online recording it himself and Aaron wouldn’t have a leg to stand on regarding threatening Coltin with legal action. I’d suggest going to the media with his story too, local news channels would happily tell his story of being “marked”. I remember meeting Coltin he is man of integrity.

Praying so hard for you all. I know you are aware that it’s not “this church” against “that church,” ICC against ICOC or other churches, this is about godliness and true submission to God’s word against legalism and false teachings. His word. God and His Word are for us but belong to Him. Our work for God belongs to Him and Him only. The church doesn’t “own” our work for Christ. Jesus does. We don’t “work” for the church, we work for God. Not man. The church submits to God. Not the other way around. I could go on. You two stay strong in the Spirit. Satan wants to have a field day with this, more than he already has. Thank you for your examples of integrity and righteousness.

From an organizational/legal or employer/employee POV, this makes sense. An employee cannot ethically work against the organization that employs him/her. But the ICC has always claimed to be far more than a manmade organization. They claim to the *the* true movement of God and pride themselves on interpreting the Bible “correctly”. Their response to the Rohns indicates that they are more concerned about protecting their organization/power than about performing introspection to determine if in fact they are understanding and obeying the scriptures accurately.

It’s much easier for an organization to “punch down” on its current/former employees (who are relatively powerless) than to acknowledge that “the buck stops with leadership” and take responsibility for the damage they’ve caused.
